This is a store promo model of a Nintendo Game Boy Advance SP.
These are completely non-functional consoles with blank circuitry and fixed attachments (e.g. cartridge cannot be removed) used on display to show the size of the new handheld prior to its release.
This is an original Nintendo product, just very rarely seen as these were given to stores and were sent back to Nintendo to be destroyed after the SP was discontinued.
